Featured GraphConnect SF Keynote: Hacking Healthcare with Neo4j
GraphConnect SF 2013 will feature presentations of graph database applications in Healthcare. Keynote speaker Fred Trotter will introduce DocGraph – the largest named graph, available to the public.
Fred is behind the crowdfunding success, the new Open Data set DocGraph. DocGraph shows how doctors and hospitals work together in the United States. Hacking Healthcare requires a really good model of the healthcare system. DocGraph is a graph of how healthcare providers collaborate in the United States, and is probably the largest named graph available to the public. It is exactly the kind of thing that is nightmare to work with in SQL and becomes pliable only when modeled and stored as graph.
